It is so much fun to host a 'Big Purple Undies Show' - your ladies will have a ball.
The show runs for 2 hours with a 20 min interval (gals to gasp for air ). The very talented Poet & Performer Lou Kelman has years of experience in making your audience laugh until their jaw aches. Lou has toured the United States and performed to over 50.000 ladies internationally.
The show is ideally suited for ladies including a part in the show which is a celebration of the RED HAT LADIES - in which Lou sings a song dedicated to them called 'IT'S TIME FOR ME'. She invites a couple of red hat Queens up on stage to be backing dancers - they get to dance it a gigantic pair of BIG PURPLE UNDIES - which is just a hoot.
Costs
To Cost is worked out on a Price Per Head - the price for 2007/2008 is $14.50 a head - (which you add into your ticket price).
Also there is a minimum number of ladies which this year is set at 250 ladies.
$14.50 x 250 ladies your entertainment cost is $3625.
You decide your ticket price so say if your ticket price was set at $35.00 a head then $35 x 250 your total revenue will be $8750- take our your entertainment ($3625) your left with $5125 to cover costs of your venue- food etc.
Big Purple Undies tickets sell like 'HOT CAKES' as we keep the cost down so ladies can afford it - Lots of ladies use the show to fundraise and add in Purple & Red Shopping and Raffle Prizes. It is up to you to make it as big or as small as you like.
